when I began, I printed off every lesson sheet for the boys to do as "extra" work. Neither of my kids yet require the extra work but I will probably go back and print off subtraction work sheets just for them to practice on....

As for the tests, Our state requires testing every third year. We found the cheapest place to buy the test at a place in CA and I can dig that out if you want it. I had my oldest son take the test last spring and even though it was a waste of time and money for me to test my youngest son I did it. (I should have gotten him a higher level test but was nervous to do so at the time)... I will probably go ahead and test them again in the spring to see how they are coming along. It is a good way as a homeschooling parent to know how the kids are doing and put our minds at ease. I was relieved when it was over and we got the results.
Take a deep breath, ask a million questions and know we are here for you!
T4L does make my life easier as well with the record keeping! I love it!

There is a math worksheet generator (printable or online) in the playground called Math Facts. (Now that I think about it, it might be better named: Math Fact Worksheets. Stay tuned.
