As for the tests, Our state requires testing every third year. We found the cheapest place to buy the test at a place in CA and I can dig that out if you want it. I had my oldest son take the test last spring and even though it was a waste of time and money for me to test my youngest son I did it. (I should have gotten him a higher level test but was nervous to do so at the time)… I will probably go ahead and test them again in the spring to see how they are coming along. It is a good way as a homeschooling parent to know how the kids are doing and put our minds at ease. I was relieved when it was over and we got the results.
