		<description>I really enjoyed reading both of your last posts.  First off, hurray to Natalie for a job well done.  It&#039;s so great that she is enjoying the program and her own progress.  Thanks for the pic...she&#039;s adorable!

Also, I found your post on PE and nutrition to be really interesting.  It is such a factor and lots of times I think convenience over instruction prevails, which is unfortunate because statistics show that children are becoming more and more susceptible to diseases such as diabetes and obesity.  I like how you incorporate it as a fun lesson for your kids to participate in.  The fact that they get to plan a menu is a neat way to kick off the weekly project and for them to be invested in their meal.

So, I&#039;m wondering what the daily allotment of exercise time or PE in school is?  What other athletics  are your kids involved in?</description>
